I’m Louise Thompson, Founder of Vivid Consulting.
Before founding Vivid, I spent 20 years leading large corporate teams at director level, delivering award-winning innovation in complex, multinational organisations.
Today, I work with senior expert teams and leaders who need to navigate complexity, influence across boundaries and turn their expertise into greater organisational impact.
I’m a qualified Executive Coach, an ICF member, facilitator and Experience Designer, working with teams in person and virtually.
